IF i could give a NEGATIVE star- I absolutely would! This is by far the worst place. PLease DO NOT put your loved one here!!! They lie, one staff (I can’t even say a medical assist because I doubt some have ZERO training) told me she has 25 patients to care for. They rolled a patient In a room that could not get in bed and they told her they will be back when they can to get her to bed. Several hours later they came back WHERE IS STAFF??? One person can not give proper care and attention if they have 25 people. MY mom sat for hours to go to the bathroom after a major surgery and she finally gave up and got uo on her own. if she falls I will be filing a lawsuit . A staff member told my loved one “it all comes down to money “ WOW WHERE IS CARE AND COMPASSION? They also lied to me about medications and refused to give what the surgeon ordered!! Transfer your loved one out of here!!! I have filed a formal complaint with the state and I will continue to get the word out. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

The people at facility need to understand what is legal or at least call their legal if they are unaware of laws in Texas, their facility was the catalyst to my mother's death I pray for them and in all fairness they should be closed down, protect a patient they do not

It appears to be a very old structure. Nursing staff appear to be mostly concerned with smoking brakes as opposed to concern for anything else patients or potential patients.

The staff were compassionate, understanding and kind. My mother only stayed a short time, but it was a very positive experience.
