I have been a resident for almost 5 years and have found Granite Farms to be a well managed, welcoming and friendly place. I moved in as a single male(widowed) and wasn't sure how it would be but have been pleasantly surprised. You can be as active as you want. There is always something going on. Really wonderful place!

My husband and I moved here in October 2025. The Granite Farms Estates community is warm, friendly, and so helpful. The team members (aka staff) go above and beyond their job descriptions to make this a caring and inclusive community. We thoroughly researched ACTS as a CCRC and after visiting 4 different facilities, Granite Farms had the vibe and location that was a best fit for us. We especially appreciate the fitness facilities and many classes and assessments that keep us strong and involved in this time of our lives. It's a great place to live.

From the moment I arrived, the Granite Farms community has been so warm and welcoming—it truly feels like home. The residents are so friendly and it’s easy to connect with people who share similar interests. The exercise classes and activities are a highlight of every week; there’s always something fun and engaging to look forward to. The staff is caring and efficient. Most of all, I am at peace knowing I’ll be in good hands if I ever get critically sick.
