We've had a few wonderful people caring for our Chief. Ted is fantastic and always there to help and answer our questions. Highly Recommend Right at Home rather than a Nursing Home. We are very pleased with Right at Home. The staff are very kind, and always helpful. We are very fortunate to have a such a compassionate care companion come into our home and help care for my husband. Brittany was very kind and certainly took the time to answer all my questions. She is a very compassionate and very professional My only recommendation for the agency is to communicate the cancellation policy to the client. We started one week before Thanksgiving. We obviously did not need care on the holiday but was charged for the day plus holiday pay. I cancelled the Care Companion but failed to notify the agency. Lesson learned.

The Right at Home team has been amazing. All the caregivers that come to our home are understanding and passionate and soooo helpful. The admin team is very responsive to our scheduling requests and changes. Can't say enough good things about their dedication to our patient in need and my family. And as a Veteran (and reservist) himself, Ted was amazing helping us navigate the VA to get my veteran father the benefits he needed as a proud former service member. Definitely 10 stars.
