Regarding Williamstown Commons in Williamstown, Massachusetts. I’ve been here almost 3 years, but that’s not what I wanna talk about. As far as I’m concerned, I think this is one of the best institutions I’ve been in my life. And it’s from the top down from the manager, Alex and Laura to Nancy in accounts payable, the nursing staff are amazing and they do a great job!

My wife was in Williamstown Common for rehab after a broken femur, for a relatively long stay because of some medical complications. Everyone who works there, without exception, was kind and helpful to her. The physical therapists and the nurses deserve special credit, but all the staff were outstanding. I am grateful to them all, and would highly recommend this place. This was the second time she was there, and it is greatly improved from a few years ago.

My Mom has only been here a week. We are all still adjusting to her move in. We are pleased with the roommate she was placed with. They spend a lot of each day together so this really matters.

I can’t say enough about the Williamstown commons My mother-In law is a resident there And she had a difficult transition from leaving her home to going to live with the Williamstown Common due to the wonderful staff and administrator. They were able to make accommodations and make her feel like this is her home. She is very happy there now and does enjoy her activities and loves the staff.

My mother came in to the rehab facility with a fractured back. She was there for 5 weeks and came out after 5 falls and a fractured humerus bone . Instead of improving she went completely backwards. She was neglected. Not to mention we ended up bringing in bottles of water for her because she had to beg for fresh water. The rooms are dirty the food was horrible . The care in this facility is severely lacking.
