Good experience. Relaxing environment and great management. Thanks to Griselda and to Stephanie the sales woman. Both are wonderful employees who care and want to help out. Anybody who complains should move out and go complain somewhere else. Management always tries and help out the best they can.. but sometimes the pool or other amenities may be under construction. It's part of every community. Old people who complain have nothing else to do but complain about minor things. This is a good place.

We were only removing a trailer from the park, but heard from several residents that are very unhappy with new management and what they see as unnecessary nitpicking rules. Read the fine print before signing anything.

The new owners have no consideration. They have disabled our pool and jacuzzi for months. Still no use in sight. And the rent is high. You do not want to live here.

I found a small mobile with upgrades, new double pain windows and shades, recent air conditioning, washer/dryer, I replaced the bed with a 12 inch mattress in a box, I replaced the refrigerator with a new one and the toilet valves. The manager has been welcoming and the Spca gave me a little dog as company. My neighborhood is clean and polished. The quiet park has a great pool, I can bike to grocery, hardware, river or around town. At 74 l found safety and affordable living. I am still learning to run my air/fan to climetize my new home. This is first class operation with some great deals on each street.

Kenyon Mobile Home Park is small and quiet, with a lot of very friendly folks. No glamor or glitz here, but plenty of elbow room with larger lots than many parks. It is conveniently located - no need to drive far to anything. There is a club house, pool table, a swimming pool and hot-tub, shuffle board, horseshoes, and many activities, especially when all the winter visitors arrive. We love it here.
