The therapy here is immaculate. I have progress so much thanks to their team. The nursing staff is amazing as well. They’re always on top of my medication. The one issue I do have is the lack of communication with social services in regards to my stay here. There are basically no updates. I have to go out of my way and ask. Thankfully they have valets that check up on me daily and are always available for questions.

It is my time here at haven of yuma. I chose this place due to their Google rating and I dont regret it one bit. The therapy team has made have significant progress since arriving. I am now able to walk longer distances. I have 0 complaints about the nursing staff. I am grateful for the entire haven staff

Since arriving here at Haven of Yuma, I feel like I've improved a little bit. I've been sent out to the hospital a few times and always choose to come back. Their admission valets are always there to greet me upon admission. They always have everything ready when Im on my way back. They always make sure my belongings are in my room if there's a roomchange done when I'm gone. The CNAs on the floor are sometimes a little bit slow to answer my call light but I understand I'm not the only resident here. Overall it's a good place for rehab.

Therapy have been a huge help to me. I feel a Lot better since i got here. My strength came back to me and i'm able to walk again. The nursing staff is always ready to help. They're constantly checking up on me. They're always on time putting on my antibiótics.

Therapy has been good to me. I can notice a difference when comparing when I first got here. The nursing staff is excellent. They have been on top of my needs. Always there no matter the time of day. The food however needs to be severely improved upon. I wasn't able to find anything I could enjoy. However that's not enough for me to give a 4 star review. I really enjoyed my stay at Haven.
