Please dont let your family members go here it's not helping people to get strong to go home it's a awful place they say your insurance will only pay for 1 therapy sesson a day and rest of time just let u sit in a bed or chair wasting away they dont even try to encourage you the go to a dinning room for meal or even get up to use the restrooms they rather u sit in a diaper and change you like an infant. Please if you care about your family member dont let them go to this poor excuse of a rehab your family member won't make it out of there.

When I was first admitted to haven of health sandpointe I was really nervous and wanted to leave right away. but the staff was quick to make me feel at home. the cnas were great. William, sydney, mabrisa, to name a few.my nurse's that I had made me feel welcomed and like I was family Robert,Jonathan, dolora, were exceptional at taking care of me and treating my wound.having a chest tube in me was no easy task but at least the food was good in the cafeteria. the ladies in activities made it fun, they made me forget about having a chest tube from time to time melissa and mary were always doing there best to bring smiles and laughter to people in there and helping me step out of my comfort zone for sure I can't thank them enough and the incredible receptionist Giselle, and Tina,as well as the admissions department alexia, danette, misty, and Karla they all truly made my time there better and made something bad into something good as I was abel to recover and get the help I needed

If I could give them zero stars, I would. My grandfather was unfortunately in this hell hole for two weeks but luckily, he had people advocating for him and we got him out of there. They forgot to give him breakfast TWO days in a row, wouldn’t install bed rails after being asked several times, and left the bed as high as it goes. I complained about a CNA who yelled at an elderly man who was using the restroom and had an accident, I couldn’t imagine how she talks when no one is present. His wounds were never cleaned and he was always “forgotten” when he was supposed to go to physical therapy, which was the main reason he was transferred there. He is disabled veteran and they treated him like scum. Luckily, this place is behind him and he will never be back. Please don’t send your family members to this facility if you care about them.

I just want to share my gratitude for Haven Health Sandpointe. I was a patient there and was released last week. The staff were amazing, everyone was extremely helpful, empathetic and knowledgeable! They truly made this regrettable situation manageable...they answered questions and were always there to help me navigate this new course. I believe if you're willing to work with them they will go above and beyond. The housing is clean and modern. The food is good. I highly recommend Haven Health Sandpoint!

I was very well taken care of. All the nurses, physical therapy staff and CNA’s were very compassionate and attentive. They truly deserve Angel wings! The facility is clean and updated with a nice gym area for physical therapy. The food could use some love. Otherwise, I was very satisfied with my stay of almost 3 months.
