When my mother was on hospice, I did a lot of research to find the right home care, and choosing Synergy was the best decision I could have made. They provided incredible support by hiring our own family members to care for her, alongside their own fantastic team when we needed extra hours covered. Arisol was a true blessing to work with. She called me every single week to make sure we had the coverage we needed, and she always stepped in to help the moment she sensed I was feeling overwhelmed. Even when life changed (like when my son joined the Army) Synergy adapted right away by hiring another family member and supplementing with their own staff.
