If there was the possibility to give them one star I would give negative stars. I've been trying to get my W-2 For 2021-2022 for months and they have it but the owner is only in the office from 10to 1 or 2. She is never able to be reached. They allow sexual harassment and assault of their staff from the clients who more than know better. HIPPA is NOT followed as the ladies in the office talk about everyone and everything. If you have walked into their office they have spoken about you when you left this is how the ladies are. Yes all woman allowing other women to be treated unkindly. They will work you into the ground in the beginning and if you speak up for yourself they don't schedule you anymore. They don't follow protocols as a non certified care giver should not be changing colostomy bags however they are, multiple times over. They don't care about you and they don't care about your loved ones their clients they only care about your money!!!! They don't even care about that enough to get certified though either so idk if they even care about the company tbh. The only good one is Tatiana and they can't even see that!
