Air conditioner unit has been non functioning in patient room since Thursday June 4th and NO ONE IS REPAIRING IT. This is unacceptable for a resident paying $4,700 per month. Ownership changed in January 2025 and IT SHOWS. Reliable and likable staff have already quit & are leaving in droves. Now the actual maintenance of the facility is no longer a priority or concern. It’s really very sad to see a beautiful campus go down so fast. We moved in November 2023 and it was great for a while. Very likely will relocate my loved one this calendar year.

My husband was in rehab and about to come home. i was trying to get things ready, but my grandson's family had contracted Covid and I didn't know where to get help. Then wonderfully the Social Worker, Lisa Mora, and stepped up and offered the services of Oscar Quinonez, Valerie Castillo and herself to put together a device which aided standing. I don't know how to thank them. What it shows is how the people at White Acres go above and beyond what is expected of them.

The building is always clean, welcoming, and well-maintained, which really gives peace of mind. You can tell they take pride in both their care and their environment. I would absolutely recommend White Acres to anyone looking for a place that feels safe, supportive, and genuinely caring.
