Interim…I wanted to take some time to thank you for always being there when I had questions. You never dismissed my concerns. You listened to me when you first visited and let you know exactly what we needed and what our concerns were in caring for my mom. You did a wonderful job matching us with Leslie. She played a crucial role in the care of my mother. She was wonderful and my mom loved her. Mom called her “Mi Chula Guerra”. Before switching from another agency, we were always stressing and, wow, what a difference Leslie made. She really paid attention to moms needs and observed her moods, eating habits, sleeping patterns; she talked to my mom and made her feel special. Even when Leslie left for the day, mom would ask where Leslie was. That spoke volumes. What was really greatly helpful was that Leslie always kept us informed with mom’s well-being. The Hospice Nurses also appreciated Leslie’s input and her knowledge. It’s been hard since my mom’s passing and we are grateful to Interim Healthcare for your assistance in caring for our mom. We wish you well and will keep in you mind if we should need you in the future.

Interim Health Care’s team made huge contributions to my progress from dependence in self care and mobility to assist as needed. I spent 28 1/2 days in the hospital recovering from 2 back surgeries in 8 days plus a super bug UTI and diminished lungs. Before the surgery I met with their consultant who assessed how they could help both me and my 25 year old son with profound autism. Then they matched a carer and waited patiently for me to come home from hospital. The only challenge was with one of the team members on the phone but I spoke with their lead manager who then spoke with the owner. The owner actually called me and allowed me to explain my concern and he assured me he would speak with the team members. I never had a rough conversation after this one incident.
