I visited the facility hoping to speak with the administrator regarding concerns about my father’s care. I waited approximately 30 minutes, and while I was in the waiting area, I could hear a disagreement taking place inside the administrator’s office. The conversation appeared to involve personal matters and was loud enough to be heard by visitors. The situation made me feel uncomfortable, particularly because I was waiting to discuss an important concern regarding my father. I hope the facility takes steps to improve communication with families and ensures private conversations are handled more discreetly and professionally..

My uncle was in hospice care for a short while on 4th floor recently until his passing. The nurses are so compassionate and caring. I can’t thank them enough for the care and heart they put into their job. May God give them an abundance of strength, happiness, and good health. I highly recommend Gracepointe. They have a heart of gold.
