My uncle is a patient at mountain view this is the worst place ever he would be talking he had surgery and since then he hasn't been the same we've tried numerous of times to move him and now he's in the care of hospice when my uncle got hit by another patient they didn't do anything about it my uncle has been declining rapidly he's been there since covid started I don't agree what the staff is doing but when we had a meeting regarding his care none of our questions were answered they are getting paid good money to take care of them why aren't they doing their job right we need our questions answered because before his surgery he was doing great this place needs to be shut down and when call to check on him they tell us that he's ok when we know that's not true and one of the nurses on the 2nd floor says how do you want me to say it he's doing good they really need to be investigated by the state I'm very disappointed with this facility but my uncle was doing great he was talking just fine before and we believe he had a stroke but there not giving us answers about anything

I came here , it was the worst ever<br>The nurse was hitting and being rough with me<br>Even kicked me in face<br>I got fed up and escaped through window<br>They found me 2 hours later across street and kicked me out<br>I have police reports that the facility was in wrong ,for good they need to be shut down

Its been a while,<br>We trusted this facility with my grandma's care in 2016. It turned out to be the worst decision we ever made. My grandmother died in there care. With an overdose of morphine by one of there nurses.<br>Till this day I have no peace.<br><br>The grieving has been hard and<br>I'm not over it.<br>They never took accountability for what they did. I lived away at the time and with grieving,<br>I unfortunately didn't take proper action.<br>I can't stop grieving in sadness.
