I am Veteran that has been in a few other places and without a doubt none of the other places come close to Franklin Heights Nursing Home . The complete staff from all levels of responsibility and leadership are always going above and beyond their call of duty to make sure you are doing well. To name a few persons who I know by name 🤔 and just to clear up one thing , in no way do I know everyone by name so with all due respect to the ones I don't mention by there name , both Ladies and Gentlemen run this place like clock work. People like Rachel who greets you with a smile that lights up the room and Jesus the big and proud social worker to Ladies from therapy like Christy and Gayle and of course Chris who just left to go to another place to Ladies like Brenda and Laura to Maria and her beautiful assistant who's name I have trouble pronouncing to alot of other Ladies and let me remind you of one thing my lack of knowledge of their names in no way means that they are forgotten because of my knowledge , getting back to the one's I do ,both Adrian and Victor keep this place running because of their knowledge as maintenance men , they both go long, long hours every day , and CNA's like Christa and Alexa and Cora and Stefany I'm not sure of how to write her name and of course you don't forget the driver who takes everyone everywhere Suky , and with all the other CNA's I didn't mention by name to nurses like Crystal and Casey and Bertha and not to be left behind Robert , remember , Ladies first , ladies like Maria Felix and Cora and Cynthia who in their own way keep this place clean and spotless to I almost forgot as a male CNA Ivan and I almost forgot she has a very beautiful name so I will try to write it Dominique , I know I didn't spell it correctly so many thoughts of forgiveness . This place is definitely Special and one lady I just remembered by name is also a greeter Mariana . Life here is like it's supposed to be ," Home Sweet Home 🏡

I can genuinely say this establishment and its personnel is one of a kind in the best way. My grandfather was admitted here due to some illnesses and has been properly taken care of. They constantly update us if something happens or changes, she is well fed and dress and most importantly I see the kindness they extend to her on a day to day basis. I have had the pleasure of meeting most of the personnel and can tell they truly hand pick these people; from the cooking and cleaning employees to the nurses and head of departments. Thank you Franklin Heights for giving me peace and taking care of our loved ones as if they were your own.
