About The Bartlett Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living

The Bartlett is a 58-bed skilled nursing and long-term care facility in El Paso, Texas, serving patients requiring medical rehabilitation and ongoing nursing care.

Families consistently praise the clinical quality of care and individual staff members. Physical therapy receives particular recognition for being equivalent to hospital-level rehabilitation. Several families highlight nurses and nursing leadership by name, Sergio, Claudio Puente, and others, describing them as attentive, compassionate, and readily available. One family noted the facility's thoughtfulness in small details, such as placing a bird feeder outside a resident's window. However, reviews also surface persistent concerns about staffing consistency and operational gaps. Some families report missing laundry items, inconsistent adherence to dietary requirements, and delayed response to personal care needs. A few accounts describe concerning gaps in clinical communication or therapy continuity during illness.

The facility holds a 4.0 Google rating across 95 reviews, reflecting a divided experience: strong endorsements of nursing and therapy leadership sit alongside serious complaints about day-to-day care consistency and staff responsiveness. Smaller facilities can be vulnerable to staffing turnover, and this community's reviews suggest that quality varies notably depending on which team members are present on any given shift.

I have had my father at the Bartlett since June 18th, and Í have had quite a bit of support being that a Family life changes everything once they are sick and cannot take Care of themselves. I admire the attention and care that is given to the elderly in need of rehabilitation and assistance. A special thanks to Glena Gilliam For your help & assistance.

Hey folks, I'm going to drop a few words about The Bartlett. 🤔, I wish we had heard of this great skilled nursing facility long before we did. There were 2 other facilities that we regret going to but that's in the past. The Bartlett, the staff is top notch. I didn't notice any fake generosity. I've worked in a hospital setting in the past and I know how busy it can from one minute to the next. The environment is loud at times but that's the way it goes. If anyone has a family member or friend that needs rehabilitation services in a skilled nursing facility, I definitely recommend them. From the CNAs to the Nurses and the food service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My mom has stayed there for a month, and my family and I are very impressed by the level of care and attention to every detail. The facilities are beautiful, clean and attractive, but most of all the personnel are fantastic. My mom is very grateful to everyone, I will mention some names that stood out: Jackie, Norma, Lulu the nurse, Arturo in Physical Therapy to name a few. I want to thank and recognize Glenna and Alice for their support every step of the way. Both of them went above and beyond to facilitate the processes. In conclusion, thank you all for making this period that could have been hard, a lot easier. Respectfully, the Provencio Family.
