Whisper Woods is an exceptional care facility. My mother lived there, in the memory care unit, for nearly two years. She was treated with the utmost care and respect by every single person who works there. Every single staff member is well-trained, kind, and compassionate. I have nothing but glowing things to say about them, and I highly recommend Whisper Woods without any reservations.

Whisper Woods took excellent care of my mom in the final months of her life. I only wish we would have placed her there sooner so she could have taken more advantage of the community and activities. The staff was always caring and they pleasantly provided the level of care my mom required.

We couldn’t be happier with Whisper Woods in the care given to our Aunt Katherine. Carol her Care Director is exceptional. The whole process of moving our Aunt in was made so smooth by Mary the Director of Community Relations and by Desiree the Executive Director. All the staff there treat her with dignity and respect. Highly reccomend to anyone looking for an assisted living for their family member. Every time i visit my grandma she is always doing something fun and always recieves the BEST care. I feel so blessed to have such amazing and compassionate people caring for her.

I cannot recommend Whisper Woods of Smithtown enough. We placed our trust with them to care for our Mom and from the very first day everyone has been so kind and caring and helpful. We knew immediately we chose correctly for our Mom. Everyone in every department consistently goes above and beyond to meet the needs of our Mom and make her time there enjoyable, comfortable and happy. The team has the biggest hearts and you can without a doubt trust them to take the best care of your loved one. If you’re considering assisted living for your loved one, there is no other place to look at but Whisper Woods! No other place could ever compare!
