I have been using Home Instead since September 2025 for my brother, who has early-onset Alzheimer’s disease. My experience has been excellent, and the caregivers are truly fantastic. The entire staff is professional, compassionate, and friendly. They are true heroes, and I am incredibly grateful for the care and support they provide. Thank you!

It was important to myself and my siblings that our Mother's wish to remain in her home as long as possible be honored. Our concern was for her safety as well as the reliability and quality of in home care. I can say without reservation that our concerns have been met by the the Home Instead team out of Norwalk. Her care givers were compassionate and dependable. The office has been responsive to the expected challenges of caring for someone in their 90's. This includes adjusting the care schedule and completing the paperwork involved in activating her long term care policy.

My husband took a swift downturn and I found Home Instead from a friend who recommended them highly. From the very first phone call I was treated with caring sympathy and a swift plan was put in place. I cannot say enough about my team of caregivers. In a very short space of time they became like family. My husband adjusted immediately to their care and sensitivity. The responsiveness and flexibility Colman exhibited meant that I never had to worry about my husband being taken care of. Everyone in the company that I dealt with was above and beyond in every way.

It was wonderful for my family to know that when we could not be with our father, that he was in such caring hands. Your caregivers (in particular Clario, Vladimir and Martine) always went above and beyond to make sure he was well taken care of. It was clear that my father had a nice comfort level with them all. Claudia, our Client Care Manager was very helpful in accommodating our support schedule. It was a pleasure to work with you all and we would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
