I’ve been to homeplace on numerous occasions to visit and I love the atmosphere and how there are separate (but connected) living areas depending on a residents care needs. I’ve also noticed for a memory care facility, that having the ability to go outside and to other areas while being safe helps those that feel the need to ‘go somewhere’ all the time. Any care staff I have met have been friendly and professional. Everything is well monitored, the spaces and living areas are clean, and overheard staff say they clean not only throughout the shift but at shift change too. A great place to have loved ones who struggle with memory impairment. I’ve met with the executive director, the front staff and the activity coordinator, and they’ve been very warm and inviting. They also have games going too! Today they were playing bingo.
