The team at HomePlace Burlington is amazing. The caring of the staff and high attention to detail is unsurpassed. The facility is beautiful and spacious. I would recommend HomePlace for my and your family and loved ones for memory care. Autumn Cameron is amazing too.

Really lovely visit at HomePlace Burlington on Friday. Autumn hosted an event in the courtyard and mother nature decided to showoff with a perfect spring afternoon.

Home Place is amazing. The staff there are like family. They take such great care of my Dad, but they also take care of my mom and I. They are always hosting events and gathers for the family to come and enjoy with the residents. The home is cozy with the way it's decorated. It has great living spaces and an outdoor court yard. We feel lucky to have Dad in such good hands.
