I have been with Right at Home for four plus years and I have had several great caregivers ! I am happy with Right at Home’s services. Jay C. is so helpful, on top of things and thoughtful. I don’t know what I’d do if she left.

My parents are in their 90s and need some assistance. Right At Home sent Heather and Emma out to meet us and and determine the extent of our needs. Both of them were warm, friendly and professional. They helped us figure out how they can best serve my parents in a way that was not pushy. I never felt any pressure from them at all. They are accommodating and flexible. One of the things I liked about the way they provide care is they assign two caregivers with a backup. That way my parents aren't having to stat over with a different caregiver at each visit. My mother wound up in the hospital in the time between the initial interview and when caregiver was supposed to come for the first scheduled visit. She is in rehab right now and my parents will soon move to an assisted living community. Heather has put our request on hold without any hassle. I look forward to my parents getting help from the good people from Right At Home after the get settled into their new home at the assisted living community.
