I placed my mom in Harbor Towers because of its home like environment. The staff and caretakers went above and beyond to care for and love my mom. Gathering together for activities, meals, music, outside trips, and much more enrichment my mom's life. As my mom's memory failed Katie and her staff worked closely with me to ensure her safety and helped me transition my mom to a perfect memory care center. I love Harbor Towers and appreciate everything they did to create a home for my mom while she was there. Thank you for your compassionate care of my mom and the many loved ones in need of assisted living.

My mom lived at Harbor Tower Village in Oak Harbor for 13 years. She loved living there and loved that all of the staff treated her like a family member. She was living there when the Covid pandemic happened and there are no words for the gratitude I feel for how the staff handled the crisis. I live in California and I never had a moment of worry even though I couldn’t see my mom for over a year. As mom’s health declined, Harbor Tower increased her level of care and was there until the end of her life. I highly recommend Harbor Tower Village. The staff, especially the director Katie Jones, will love and care for your family member as if they are their own. The caregiver staff are patient and really take care. I will forever be grateful and happy that my mom lived at Harbor Tower Village in Oak Harbor.

I cannot say enough good things about Harbor Tower Village! From the moment you walk through the doors, you are greeted by the friendliest staff and residents who make you feel right at home. The sense of community, kindness, and genuine care here is truly unmatched. From the residents, staff & the Director, they all make sure to go above and beyond to create a welcoming and comfortable environment. No place will ever compare to Harbor Tower Village. If you’re looking for a community that feels like family, this is it! Everyone is willing to go out of their way to make you feel loved and at home.

This is such a great place it's hard to single out what makes it so special. First of all, the staff. They go far beyond what's expected of them by providing true compassion for the residents. Katie who is general manger is smart, efficient, and caring. The medical staff is attentive and knowledgable. We consider ourselves very lucky to have placed my wife's father in this facility. I whole heartedly recommend Harbor Tower Village.

Village Concepts is a place I would trust without hesitation if considering a place for yourself or a family member. The staff is outstanding, caring, mindful, and attentive. Katie the director is a genuinely wonderful human being to interact with and someone who advocates for her residents and their quality of life and care. This staff has gone above and beyond in so many ways and I would run out of characters space in this review if I were to list them all.<br>I can without any hesitation recommend this community as my first choice for anyone making this transition in life. This is somewhere that people are safe, respected, and most importantly seen and heard.
