I am sooo glad that I am at Westlake Assisted Living. They have me feeling very at home and cared about. I am soooo thankful for the workers they work very hard.

The staff here is second to none!! Services available are vast and welcome individual prefer. Management is available should the need arise. The food here is outstanding.

If I could give this place zero Stars I would, a family member of mine was staying there and received nothing but mental abuse and bullying. They would yell out false accusations and slander people without any evidence or even testing for evidence of these false accusations. My family member went at LEAST three days with out given their medicine. They changed the locks on the room my family member was in without notice and refused to give a key to the person residing in that room unless they went up and opened the door themselves. They are rude to the people living there and they are rude to visitors as well. One instance my mother was chased out into the parking lot (she was helping visit and care for family member) and was yelled at by the top manager demanding her to go into the office like a lunatic over an instance that wasn't even hers to take care of, (knowing my mother had to leave due to needing to watch her 2 year old grandson for her daughter for something) and made my mom sit there and wait for her in the office chair for 30 minutes to get off her phone call while receiving dirty looks from the top management the entire time) There are so many outrageous things that have happened at this place I don't even have room or time to say in a total of at least 3 months. When a call was made by my family to address these things, we were rudely hung up on by the main management. Don't trust your family members with the management that is currently there.

I have lived here since June 6th, 2025, I cannot say enough of the kitchen/restaurant at Westlake Assisted Living. Ranging from the quality of the food, to how well, friendly, prompt staff is managed by Maddie Portalatin. (Executive Director). I have a throat that makes eating uncomfortable and even painful at times period. They are sure to prepare me soft food and despite my painful condition (Dart and Lexi) have me looking forward to the flavor of my food everyday. William Schmidt Suite #265
