Such wonderful folks! Really made us feel welcomed and answered all our questions. First day was great. Hoping our Mom will adjust quickly, but all indications are the kind staff will assist in a wonderful future there.

I visited Westhill Collierville this week and had a lovely experience. I ate lunch there three times during my visit and the meals were absolutely delicious. The dining room is beautiful and clean. I spoke with many of the residents. They were all very happy and enjoying their lunch. All the staff were very welcoming during my visit. They had a very informative education program. I also got to meet a volunteer who has a great time playing balloon badminton with the residents.I highly recommend Westhill Collierville for Assisted Living and Memory Care.

Looks nice, but was met with the worst attitude by the receptionist, whoever was working Tuesday Aug 25 had a serious attitude problem.

The staff and director very unprofessional! My relative room at times unsanitary conditions.Her wash days are Tuesday and Fridays.This photo was taken yesterday evening. Today I brought my aunt from the hospital.Jasmine the nurse is very rude unprofessional sarcastic mouth!She smoke in front of residents while .She should have pulled me to the side.<br>The staff and director were extremely unprofessional!
