My mother in law was a happy resident at Sycamore Ridge. The people that work there were very nice and went above and beyond to help their residents. My husband and I were very impressed with the food. We had nine meals there and the quality, taste, and options were beyond amazing! The apartment was spacious and the facility was so clean. The facility had a well thought out floor plan. There were plenty of extra handicapped bathrooms everywhere and comfortable common spaces. My young daughter loved the endless ice cream, popcorn, baked goods, cool drinks and snacks she accessed while visiting her Grandma in a cafe like space apart from the dining area! My husband appreciated the coffee bar always available in the dining hall. I tend to be shy, so I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to meet a bunch of the residents and all were very friendly and kind. They were a happy crowd of residents and I saw a lot of smiling faces as I'd peak in on their activities during the day. The location offers tremendous shopping within minutes of the facility and plenty of available onsight parking for visits. When it is my turn to go to an independent living facility, this is where I will want to go.

I’ve been a resident at Sycamore Ridge for approximately eight months. It has been five years since I lost my husband, and those intervening years living alone were turning me into a recluse. Moving here to an extended community has brought back the joy in my daily life. I have made many friends since I moved here. The staff are accommodating, very nice and available to help meet your needs daily. There are a lot of activities to fill out your day with other people seeking to fill out their day with fun or activity rather than boredom or loneliness. Also, you can also choose to have the perfect amount of alone time when you want to be alone. It is not “party all the time” but company when you want it. I am glad I made the decision to move here and just wish I would have done it earlier.<br><br>Judi B

I had a great tour at Sycamore Ridge with Steven. I’m researching a place for my mother. He showed me a 1 and 2 bedroom unit. I found the staff friendly and respectful of the residents. The residents were engaging and seemed very happy. They schedule enough events during the month to keep residents active and engaged if they want to be. No need to feel held up in your unit with nothing to do.
