Staff is terrific! I was in another facility where you were treated like a prisoner. Here you are treated like a patient, with all the resources going to make your stay as comfortable as they can with a goal of healing. Physical rehab is hands down the best I’ve been involved in. Among the great folks here I would like to point out 3 nurses who go the xtra mile. Ann, Tony and Omar. And in physical therapy: Christopher.

My mom has been here for three years, and I come almost every day, and when I ask for help, the help arrives quickly. The nursing home is always clean and well kept and the meals are super good.

Only been here a few weeks but the entire staff is great! The therapy people are awesome! The social worker is wonderful and helps me understand what is happening! Complaint is the food. sometime it’s actually a little warm, otherwise cold and soggy! A special thanks to the laundry department! Will definitely update in the future!

Placing my loved one here was not an easy decision, but the staff made all the difference. They are kind, compassionate, and truly treat residents like family. Seeing my loved one comfortable and cared for brings me so much peace. I’m incredibly grateful for the love and support they provide every day.

I've been in this facility for a year now. So this review is going to be current and up to date as of January 2026. I know this facility inside and out. I was not happy when I first got here. At all. I couldn't eat anything. Some of the staff had attitudes if I asked for something, but they would still do it if asked. But within a month or 2, I noticed huuuge improvements with everything. Staff has weeded out the ones that didn't do their jobs and the staff work well together to make sure we have everything we need now. Any time my mom or I had any issues or worries, they take it very seriously and resolve it immediately and I'm not exaggerating. The people you go to take full record of your complaints and fix them and work with you to come up with a solution. They regularly call my family to inform them of anything going on with me. Oh, even the food improved, but I have to be honest and say I'm an extremely picky eater so I still have a hard time with the food but I can always find something edible even if I don't like the main course. They won't allow you to go without eating. I've never seen anyone neglected. They've also improved on the time it takes to answer the call lights. They always come promptly now. The whole time I've been here I've only seen 2 bugs but they were both by the door and it had been raining outside. Honestly I've been telling my boyfriend I'm amazed they don't have bugs because people and relatives bring all sorts of stuff from home and you know what some houses look like, especially if you can't care for yourself properly and need to come to a place like this. I love the staff. I have so many new friends since coming here and everyone here is like a big family and we all check on each other and listen when you have a problem. If you think you're not getting the care you need, they will send you to the hospital if you say you want to go to the hospital. In fact, yesterday my roommate had chest pains and told me to call 911. The nurses were in here immediately giving her oxygen while a bunch of staff were helping her hands on, they also called 911 and they were here in minutes. She is ok and it was nothing serious and got a clean bill of health and brought back here after being checked out. I'm reading reviews about the place I'm in and wanted to say if those things happened, it wasn't recently because none of those reviews are describing a completely different facility than I've experienced. Hope this helps if you're looking for a place for your loved ones, look at the dates of the reviews and also remember when people come in places like this, it's not because they're in good condition and life happens
