I want to take a moment to recognize Mona at the front desk. Every time I come in, she greets me with a smile and such positive energy. In a place where families are often dealing with difficult emotions and concerns, having someone like Mona there makes a real difference. Her kindness, welcoming attitude, and genuine care create a much warmer environment from the moment you walk through the door. I also want to recognize the other staff members who work hard every day to care for the residents. It’s comforting to know that there are people who bring patience, compassion, and positivity into the facility. Thank you, Mona, and the team, for everything you do and for making it a better place for the residents and their families.
