Our family is deeply grateful for the compassionate care my mom received at Oak Village. She lived with dementia, Stephanie, the director, and every staff member treated her with patience, kindness, dignity and genuine respect throughout her journey.<br>They not only met her daily needs but also made her feel safe,comfortable and cared for. Stephanie and her staff kept our family informed, welcomed our visits, and showed incredible compassion during the difficult moments as her condition progressed.<br>My mom remained at Oak Village until she passed on May 18,2026 and knowing she spent her final days surrounded by people who truly cared brought us tremendous comfort. We will always be thankful for the love,dedication and professionalism shown to her and to our family.<br>I HIGHLY recommend Oak Village to anyone looking for a place where their loved on will be treated like family.

Two years ago, when I was searching for an ALF for my father, Oak Village impressed me right away and is still, by far, the best! The place is kept very clean, the owner and the staff are very profesional and attentive to the needs of the residents, and provide tasty home-cooked meals for all. A very nice extra is that one staff member even sang to my father when he was about to pass away! That meant the world to me! I would definitely recommend Oak Village to anyone whose parent(s) need around the clock type of care!

My god, so much to say here. Unfortunately I've experienced terrible care for my mother elsewhere. So awful to the point where since she wasn't being bathed I asked where the shower was and bathed her myself. Oak Village is the opposite of that. The facility isn't a facility, it truly is a home. The residents are treated with respect and dignity, they have home cooked meals each meal, they have enrichment activities, it's CLEAN and smells clean. Just today my mom had an accident and the owner herself cleaned and bathed my mom. Mom needs memory care and most of the residents are dealing with some type of Dementia/Alzheimers. Oak Village is safe with all doors locked, coded and monitored. All the girls here are wonderful and I feel as if they are an extension of me. The facility is on the smaller side which allows for more of a family feel, and more attention given to residents. I more than trust Oak Village with my mom's care and I'm so grateful to have found them when I did. ❤️

I am a third party vendor and have visited OakVillage Alf for the past three years. The facility is always clean, organized and the staff are always very nice and welcoming. The owners are wonderful to work with and if you’re looking for a place for your loved one, consider OakVillage Alf in Orange City, FL.
