My father passed away there. When we came to pick him up we noticed he was no longer wearing his wedding ring. When asked no one was able to know where it went. I had to bury him next to his wife without his wedding ring. Someone collecting gold for themselves?

The therapy program here is excellent and the staff truly care about all of the residents. I would not hesitate to bring my loved one here.

I have been LIED TO BY STAFF MEMBERS, REFUSED MEDICAL EQUIPMENT, LACK OF HELP WHEN NEEDED, HAD MONEY STOLEN FROM MY WALLET, LACK OF CARE WITH MEDICAL PROBLEMS, PERSONAL PROPERTY MISSING, HAVE WAITED FOR HELP FOR OVER 4 HOURS, CAN'T GET MEDICATION IN A TIMELY MANNER, I'VE SAT FOR HOURS IN PAIN WITHOUT AND HELP FROM STAFF. These people are here only to get their paychecks and try NOT do anything to help the patients. I am a Vietnam veteran with the Army and have not ever seen or been treated like this since I first returned from Vietnam, and I don't enjoy being ignored, treated or abused like this by anyone.

My daughter told me about this place where her mother is now situated. She said the staff can be inattentive, the food is awful, the price is high ($14,500 per month), and she is sharing a room with a woman who is non-verbal. The sense of isolation is inhumane. Even the food is brought to the room instead of the residents going to a dining room. Showers are once a week. No exceptions! Dogs in a shelter are treated better.

This place is the worst. I've been a resident for over 2 years now. I asked to learn the board transfer from my electric chair to my bed and bed to chair. They INSISTED on trying to make me stand. I explained why I couldn't because of my back n the accident I was in. Made NO difference. So when they force it I went down on the floor. They don't have enough staffing ..most nights it's 1 aide n 1 split that helps on both North n South units. They have 40 people per unit. There is NO quality of care. Treatments are not always done but documented as being done. There are no freedom here. I have pictures to prove my statements. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!!!!
