Been here before never had a serious issue here but tonight I went and I ain’t never left a medical office or place feelings the way I’ve felt. I feel over looked, disrespected and sick tbh. The female doctor did not listen to me, she made her mind up and didn’t listen to a word I said. Made me very uncomfortable to the point where I was apologizing… very uncomfortable and unnecessary for me to be apologizing. Feel ignored and disrespected after this visit. I feel like these people took my money ignored me and everything. Why be a doctor if you seem irritated and you don’t wanna be there. To be a women doctor and ignore what a female is telling you and than act like she’s lying. Idk the male provider or doctor there listens to me better when I’ve been there. I’ve never felt so judged by somebody. Giving me dirty looks behind her mask. And talking shit to the nurses.

I used to have an issue with bedside manors from a night nurse but that was years ago. The one receptionist is super friendly the one who worked this morning and the nurses and doctors today were absolutely a blessing to be around during a rough day❤️ I appreciate the kindness seems like they have a great staff in the urgent care lately or maybe I'm just coming at the right times lol

Had a patient send to this urgent care for treatment and was made to feel as low as anyone could make someone feel by Mark Stancombe, PA. Unacceptable. Patients should NEVER be made to feel like dirt. Get out of the medical field if you can't help patients.

I come to this urgent care because it is faster then most in the area. When being admitted, I have told every personal that when being called/called in that I would like to be called Sam. I would like to think that after disclosing that I am trangender, they would respect my request. I was mistaken. Being called into triage, my full dead name was used. After being assigned a bed, the doctor treating me; his first question was "so which way are you going?" I'm sorry but no one would expect a question like that, when being seen. Especially when you would think there would be communication from the front desk about this. Lastly, I received a follow-up phone call of which I didn't answer because it was labeled as Spam. A voice-mail was left, and you guessed it. Addressed me by my dead name. These interactions really shows the intolerance of respecting transgender individuals. But I will say, after talking with the triage nurse during triage. She was very nice and considerate.

5 stars for the phlebotomy tech she was great! She was so nice and good at her job. My friend got sent straight fir blood work after having sustained high BP in their Dr apt. They had a panic attack during the big blood draw and the tech was super understanding and calming. She gave my friend a cold wet paper towel and juice. She's good at her job she got the vein immediately, was fast, calming, and there was no bruising after. 0 stars for the front desk attendant. She was mumbling, talking quietly, had attitude, and was under a very loud fan. She was rude to the whole line of us and annoyed when people couldn't hear her. I swear her quiet mumbling was like she had peanut butter on the roof of her mouth.
