The staff are always smiling and are always around to help. My mom has been here for 3 years. My mom is happy, and is always busy. When she was home, she just sat around in her chair watching TV. I wish we would have brought her here sooner!

The staff at Eden Heights of Olean are simply amazing. They take the time to listen, and give every resident the personalized care that they deserve. The Executive Director will even drive a resident to an appointment if needed! The Wellness Director will hug and cry with families. The PCA's will spend extra time to help residents look and feel their best. The Nurses will bring medication right to the resident's rooms! Every staff person makes it feel like home.<br><br>There are also Primary Care Physicians, Podiatrists, and Optometrists that come right to Eden Heights of Olean!<br><br>Did you know that your pets can move in with you at Eden Heights of Olean?

Such a cozy, warm, and loving environment. The staff are attentive and caring, and all of the different personalities of the residents just make the place so fun and welcoming. ❤️ The wellness director has the biggest, most beautiful heart. And the Executive Director displays so much knowledge and professionalism. Eden Heights is my home away from home.

We realized that our loved one could no longer live at home. It was no longer safe for her and we needed to find a safe, clean, and warm environment for her to live in. Gary answered all of our questions and made the process as seamless as possible. Gary even helped us move in furniture and he set up my loved one's television before I even asked him if someone could assist us. Although this is a tough decision for families, Eden has been very welcoming and caring. Looking forward to seeing what this next chapter brings.

My mother needed a respite stay. Gary and Kelly were wonderful. They explained the process thoroughly and were amazing to deal with. They made the process go smoothly. While there, my mom was well taken care of and enjoyed the different activities they offered. She was happy and healthy!
