Fixed incomes are a reality for many seniors and finding housing that fits within that budget can be challenging. Wellspring Lutheran Services offers affordable housing options in several Michigan cities for seniors who meet age and income limits provided through tax credits through the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) and the Michigan State Housing & Urban Development Authority (MSHDA).
