My family couldn’t ask for a better facility for my mother. They made her feel welcomed and part of a family. They took time to get to know her and learn her about her interests and personality traits. They were in checking on her consistently and never did we feel that she wasn’t getting what she needed. When we walked in everyone always said hello and would give updates on her before I even reached her room. They pushed her just enough to be successful. Thank you.

My mom was left to lay in bloody vomit at 2am. The administrator was able to view this and the aide telling her to not turn her light on again after watching the cameras. The aide was given a warning that if it happened again she could be disciplined. We found a new home to place her in and it took the social worker three weeks to release her file to the new place and only did so when we threatened to contact the state for neglect.

Why is this place even still running? I hope the management and staff mistreating these people end up in this facility when their time comes so they too can endure the lack of compassion and care they've inflicted on others. How do you sleep at night? How do you have nursing licenses???

I have called 3 times tonight to speak with my Aunt who was transferred there from the hospital today (I live in Detroit) so I’m very concerned since I can’t get to her in 5 or 10 minutes. The staff working tonight are very rude and unprofessional to say the least!! I was hung up on the first time, 2nd time put on hold no one ever came to the line and the 3rd time I was asked what do want, what can he help me with after I asked to be connected to my aunt, she said he’s been getting a lot of calls and then put me on hold again no one came to the line. This is unacceptable customer service. I will definitely be calling in the morning to make a complaint. I understand everyone everywhere is overworked, under paid Ms under staffed but that’s no excuse for the service I received tonight. If I could I would drive up there right now and make my compliant in person!!!

My sister just spent 3 months there. The food was excellent. The staff are exceptional. It is never a place anyone wants to be but when you have too, it is nice that it is a great home. Impressed how clean and fresh smelling the place usually is. The rooms are so comfy w loveseats, fireplaces and being private is an important bonus. Would love to see Nursing Home up the pay to keep the good staff. I know staffing is a problem at all nursing homes and would be our main complaint. Short staffed a lot!
