Our community works to plan events that encourage all aspects of health—from spiritual to physical to emotional.

For memory care residents, the Clare Bridge Daily Path provides a gentle structure to help promote growth and encourage residents to stay engaged. A day typically includes six planned programs such as group fitness classes, discussions, brain games, chair yoga and even dancing. We create activity plans using your loved one’s skills, social history, and preferences as a foundation.

Each suite is equipped with a personal bathroom and emergency response system.
