I wanted to thank the people at Comfort Keepers! After my mom passed last year and my brother and I was left with the responsibility of taking care of our elderly grandfather and work full time! I called Roy and explained the situation and he was great and listened to every detailed and sent Lizzie. Lizzie came out to the house for an assessment and treated my grandfather like a member of the family and not just a number. Lizzie was amazing and matching my grandfather with the right care taker! Lizzie provided great information and knowledge I needed at the time. Anytime I need help Lizzie pointed my in the right direction! Amazing person! Gabby the care taker took the worry out of my heart when I was at work. I know my grandfather would be taken care of and respected! Thanks Comfort Keepers for be true to your word! Not to mention the most affordable prices in the area!

Comfort Keepers provided excellent care for mom. My sister and I live in different states from mom and really depended on Comfort Keepers. They were a life saver, especially Lizzie who was absolutely amazing with mom. It was clear that she genuinely cared for mom and consistently went above and beyond to care for mom. She became a friend as did Shirley. We really appreciate the work you do and realize how hard it is. Thank you!!

The team at Comfort Keepers have been my life line this past year. I live 12 hours away from my ill Mother and they made caring for her doable. Daily care and companionship, emergency trips to Doctors, trips to the pharmacy and grocery store - the team was there. Shelly and Lizzie are incredibly responsive and are great at problem solving. The entire staff is kind, professional, and very patient. Couldn’t have done it without them.

Our family has been well acquainted with the Comfort Keepers Bay City office for a number of years. One particular caregiver-extraordinaire, Lizzy, has been a godsend. She truly loves my mother and her husband and goes out of her way to make sure they are happy, loved and well cared for in every way. Lizzy and her team have allowed my mother and her husband to stay in their own home much longer than should have been possible and I know for sure that they are grateful in so many ways. Many sincere thanks to Lizzy and the entire Comfort Keeper team for such vital service.

I was completely at sea until our Comfort Keepers came to help. I was trying to take care of my 92-year-old mother by myself, and failing. Kari came to our first meeting and made me and Mom feel really comfortable and well taken care of. We didn't need large chunks of time from them but they were invaluable. Every woman who came to help was wonderful to Mom and to me. They were kind, caring and absolutely competent in every way. Mom is gone now but they helped ease her last months. They also saved me from despair, and I'm not exaggerating. They also recommended our hospice company, who were equally wonderful. Thank you to Roy, Kari and all the women who came to our aid.
