Horrible staff. They treat my mother so wrongly .This place needs too get checked out and there licensees revoked!! The way the staff member mumbled under her lips after we can too her after a concern ,The staff walks around with there phones,dirty looks from each n other. Not professional at the most. There was 2 People there we love. And always ask for them. N I’m pretty sure one just quit. Corporate and higher up management will definitely hear from my family and I’d love them to review camera footage on how she treated us! Not just that but the whole entire place smells like urine ;doesn’t feel clean. At all.

This facility has been great for my 86 year old Dad. He loves it here! Says they take good care of him, but yet he still feels somewhat independent. The workers seem to genuinely care for the residents wellbeing.

The office staff are very nice and helpful. But the facility smells like urine in the halls. Care aids aren’t the most friendly and walk around on their phones. They don’t offer snacks or drinks other to drink than sugary juices, water and milk. The food is always cold every meal. I wouldn’t recommend this facility when there are so many better ones nearby.
