the laundry situation is ridiculous. whoever SORTS AND WASHES through the clothes is lazy. ive found briefs, pieces of tissue, ect. in my fathers clothes ever since visiting him. this is absolutely infuriating and i cant believe that staff put up with this. they need to be really sorting through the soiled laundry and making sure nothing gets through except for the clothes. no pieces of tissue, no briefs, no foreign objects. im sick and tired of nothing getting solved and it breaks my heart that the residents have to go through this. HIRE SOMEONE ELSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As a healthcare professional, I’ve had the privilege of working with The Water’s of Tipton and have always been impressed. The staff is compassionate, knowledgeable, and truly dedicated to their residents. Their teamwork, communication, and commitment to quality care are outstanding. Tricia, the admissions coordinator, is always warm, friendly, supportive and shows families much compassion in a time when they are feeling unsure and overwhelmed. I would confidently recommend this facility to anyone seeking exceptional skilled nursing services.
