I was a patient at this facility of few months ago, so I speak from firsthand experience when I tell you that this facility is old, dated and not well maintained. Filthy a/c vents and concentrated oxygen machines, as well as a constant odor of feces. No portable oxygen machines that work, call light broken, and inadequate staff. All of the aides were kind and attentive and treated me with respect. So appreciated since the nursing staff was irritable and condescending. I went to this facility for physical therapy and received NONE. The owners of this establishment need to sink some money into updates of decor(everything is circa 1980), purchase and maintenance of medical equipment, and hiring adequate, professional and compassionate nursing staff instead of being only profit- driven!
