Washington Gardens Memory Care

Washington Gardens is an assisted living and memory care community located in Tigard, Oregon, serving residents from the surrounding region including Beaverton, Tualatin, and Portland. The community offers both assisted living for older adults who need daily support while maintaining independence, and specialized memory care for residents with Alzheimer's disease or dementia-related illness.

The assisted living program provides residents with support for household chores and maintenance while allowing them to focus on connection and activity.
