I Love the kindness and the clean facilities. The reception is very nice. Ms Natalie is very concerned and on top of that everything with my dad in room 107 Frederick Armstrong. The transportation dept Mr Kendall Washington was amazing getting dad to his appointments and on time. Thank you staff the Nurses are amazing. The food dad not so happy with. Many issues here! Any high reviews I would be skeptical about believing! High staff turnover rate! We had a loved one here for a little over a year. You would talk to one staff member and the next time you call that staff member would be gone. Some fired and I don't know some left. I feel like our loved one was very under cared for. We were never notified the several times our loved one needed to be taken to the hospital. They use outside nursing staff. This list of issues was long. We did one care conference at the end and you can tell the lady just read the a script. I heard she is no longer there either.This place is owned by a large company that has many locations. The low reviews speak for them selves.

DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVED ONE HERE UNLESS YOU WANT THEM TO DIE!!! TLADY I USED TO DO HOME HEALTHCARE FOR WAS PUT IN HERE AND WITHIN 2 HOURS OF HER BEING BROUGHT HERE SHE HAD FALLEN FROM HER BED AND BROKE HER NECK IN 4 PLACES WHICH HAS LED TO HER RECENT DEATH!!! SHE IS PARALYZED ON HER RIGHT SODE AND WAS PUT IN A BED WITH NO RAILINGS AND NOT TO MENTION ONCE RELEASED FROM THE HOSPITAL AND SENT BACK SHE WAS STILL PUT BACK INTO A BED WITHOUT RAILINGS SHE WAS ONLY HER FOR 2 HOURS BEFORE SHE GOT HURT WHICH UNFORTUNATELY LED TO HER DEATH SO PLEASE IF YOU CARE AT ALL ABOUT YOUR LOVED ONE PLACE THEM IN A PLACE THAT ACTUALLY CARES ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS AND PROVIDE PROPER CARE FOR THEM

My father is 90 and has dementia. He has been at an assisted living facility for the past two years and I didn’t realize some facilities let you stay and go on Medicaid. The facility he was at does not accept Medicaid so I had to move him.<br>Brian at Walnut Creek has been amazing to work with during this frustrating and stressful process. He was so nice and helpful form the first time I spoke with him to the day my father got moved to Walnut Creek. So many other facilities wouldn’t even return my call or gave me false hope.<br>My father had to be out of the assisted living facility he was living at by the end of June and with Brian and Teesha’s help they made it happen. Thank you so much Brian and Teesha I appreciate you more than you will ever know!!
