After a difficult experience at another assisted living facility, finding Carlyle House was truly a blessing. From the moment we met the staff, we knew Mom had found a place she could call home.<br><br>For the past two and a half years, every member of the team—from the administration and nurses to the aides, activities staff, dining team, maintenance, reception, therapists, hospice, and volunteers—treated our mother with exceptional kindness, dignity, and compassion. They cared not only for her but also for our entire family.<br><br>Seeing Mom smile whenever staff entered her room gave us tremendous comfort, and knowing she felt safe, loved, and respected brought us priceless peace of mind. We will always be grateful for the extraordinary care Carlyle House provided. Thank you for making such a meaningful difference in our mother's life and in ours. My mom started in memory care two years ago and as my dad got sick and needed care, the staff helped me get him placed too. His illness required that he received extra attention and lots of communication was needed, and the staff was willing to put in the extra effort. Upon my dad's recent passing, the staff was outstanding both in his care and my support. They continue to care for my mom who is thriving from the love and care she receives!

My mom is a resident in the memory care area. She's now thriving because of the caring staff. She doesn't remember everyone's nane, she just calls everyone her friend. She was below 90 pounds a little over a year ago and now she's gained 30 plus pounds. She participates in all of the daily activities. The most important thing is the staff doesn't try to change who she is. She's a strong, independent, and proud woman who won't take any crap. They let her be who she's always been. She now has friends and a purpose. Thank you for taking care of my mom!

I have 2 siblings there who need attention. They have memory issues. They are seldom cared for. Seldom visited by professionals of any kind. Steve has shown the greatest amount of care. Aides are not professionals. I do not recommend.

The Carlyle House has been a true blessing for my dad and his wife. She is in the end stages of dementia, and from the moment she moved in, the care team and administration have gone above and beyond in every possible way. His wife is treated with the utmost respect, dignity, and compassion during this very difficult time, and my dad is consistently reassured knowing she is in such capable hands.<br><br>The entire staff is not only professional but also deeply genuine in their care. They’ve provided my dad with invaluable support and guidance, which has been a comfort he never expected but truly needed. The medical care team is highly responsive, attentive, and always willing to listen to concerns and address them promptly.<br><br>The facilities themselves are beautiful, welcoming, and impeccably clean, creating a warm environment that feels like home. We have been to three other facilities since her diagnosis, and nothing compares to the extraordinary care and peace of mind we’ve found here.<br><br>Carlyle House has exceeded every expectation, and my dad is deeply grateful for the kindness, professionalism, and dedication of their team. He could not recommend them more highly.
