I recently helped a friend move her 90 year old uncle into OLP….we were working with a short timeline to get him moved here from out of town….Everyone involved in the process at OLP went out of their way to expedite the process for us….All the employees are so kind and caring and the other residents have been so welcoming!<br>The food in the dining room is delicious and<br>the building is spotless! Adam in the sales office went above and beyond to make the<br>whole process easy from the start and made an excellent first impression! My friend’s uncle is so happy and comfortable in his new home!

They seem to have multiple hvac issues and they don’t do enough to keep the residents safe in my opinion. Rooms get to 90 degrees plus. They delayed telling families and some of the independent contractors have to call because they’re concerned about safety.<br><br>I understand having maintenance outages. But not yearly and not with the poor to average response. They should immediately have portable units everywhere. The box fan for a 2 br unit at 92 degrees is useless. And unsafe.

Great place to live! They have do many great amenities ands the good here is delicious! The staff is wonderful, they have valet parking and this location is perfect!

One Lincoln Park is precisely what it holds itself out to be. I moved here just a month ago, not knowing a single person who lives here and immediately felt at home, among friends who I just did not know yet. Amenities are far beyond what any other 55+ community that I know of offers. All staff seem gracious,<br>kind, skilled, knowledgeable and dedicated to providing services.

My mother has lived at One Lincoln Park for a few years. I have been so pleased with how caring the staff has been. Everyone has been incredible! The dining staff, transportation services, and administrative staff has been absolutely top notch. The dining staff has always been extremely kind and helpful toward my mother. The facility was just updated and it's beautiful. Thank you to the entire staff for being fantastic! What a great place to live.
