Words cannot convey my heartfelt feelings about Vitality Living Spring Hill. My first impression walking into the facility was, "what a beautiful property." My initial contact was with the receptionist, Alice. Her warmth and friendliness were very inviting. Next, I met Frankie Diaz and Martha Nicholson. They both were so uplifting and positive in their demeanors. The reassurance I felt from them made me know this was the perfect/best place for my mother to live. They made the whole process seamless. As I had the pleasure of getting to know Martha, it felt as if I had known her my whole life. She has a very warm, caring personality. She understood my apprehension, fears - all of the emotions I was experiencing having to move my mother to a facility. Vicki Fernandes, in the business office, was very thorough and explained everything so that I knew exactly what to expect financially. I met with Kim Adams, Executive Director, and Denise Apoian, Assistant Executive Director. They were so supportive and compassionate. Stephanie Papa, Director of Culinary Services, was very kind when I told her that my mother had passed away. Every staff member that I had the pleasure of meeting was courteous, informative, compassionate and truly cared for my mother's well being and mine, also. The employees, from directors to housekeeping, nursing, and maintenance were all exceptional. Everyone's sincerity was genuine. And, the residents were always so pleasant to interact with. Although, my mother's time spent there was very short before she passed away, my experience with Vitality Living Spring Hill was beyond my expectations! I want to thank all of them for their kindness and compassion.
