Payer beware:
I don’t write this review lightly and have tried everything on my end to find a resolution from vitality
My loved one’s account was charged almost double ($2,600) months rent by bank withdraw.
I spoke to the facility administration and they apologized for the mistake, said it was “user error” assured me that next month my loved one wouldn’t owe rent and the account wouldn’t be debited.
When the next month rolled around the full amount was debited the full amount, and I was still owed $2,600.
After much back and forth and almost 2 months passing the executive director called me and again apologized and informed the only way to process the refund would be by paper check. I happily obliged and waited additional time for the check to arrive in the mail.
The check finally arrived, I deposited, and the check from vitality BOUNCED FOR INSUFFICIENT FUNDS.
As of now over 2 months later, I’m still waiting resolution on this major billing issue and will happily update my review once resolved.

I wanted to take a moment to thank everyone at Vitality who cared for my mother from the time she moved in in February 2025 until her passing in May 2026.

The care, thoughtfulness, generosity, attention and compassion she was shown made all the difference in the world.

In my mom’s final week, I was there around the clock with her. What I witnessed from the staff was incredible and truly deserves to be recognized.

She was treated with dignity, respect, and tenderness. I was also treated with kindness and care. Every time a staff member entered the room, they would first attend to my mom, and then turn to me and ask if there was anything I needed. That meant more than I can express. Even though my mom was no longer responsive, they still spoke to her, greeted her, and let her know what they were going to do, whether it was giving medication, providing a bed bath, or helping with a change.

If I stepped outside of her room, I was met by staff in the dining area asking what they could do for me. I was always offered food, hugs, and kindness.

There were also staff members who would come sit with my mom during their breaks, sharing memories of their time with her. That level of compassion is something I will never forget.

Jackson – My mother loved Jackson. She rarely trusted men, but he was one of her favorites. He was gentle, respectful, and consistently treated her with dignity and kindness. He was there most days during her final week, and I could not have asked for someone better to care for my mom.

Stephanie – Stephanie is one of a kind. She always checked in throughout the day, made sure my mom was comfortable and attended to, and was a huge support for me and other family members at her bedside.

Kiara – Also such a special soul. She always spoke gentle words to both my mom and me. She made sure my mother’s hair was neat and tidy, and after my mom took her final breath, she dressed her and made her look beautiful, placing a cross in her hands. That meant so much to us.

Destiny and Carmella – They made the nights more bearable. They were friendly, comforting, and respectful, and brought a sense of calm during very difficult hours.

Other standout staff include Elisha, Todd, Ken, Heather, Tracy, E, Anastasia, Marilyn, and Eblin. I know there are more, but I can't recall their names. Lack of mention does not remove how deeply grateful I am for every single staff member.

Please know that so many of you will always hold a special place in my heart for the way you cared for my mom, and for me, during such an important and difficult time.

Thank you again for everything.

My 102 year old mother has been at Vitality for 19 months, now, and has a great love for the people who make Vitality the wonderful olace ahe is proud to call “home”. From the top down, the Vitality staff are kind and go out of their way to make everyone feel special, and to hold events that are definitely worth looking forward to. From her favorite corn hole games, bingo, weekly musical entertainment and monthly themes, to a “winter formal” and even a Spring Prom, Mom is always talking about what exciting new events Miss Tracy has planned on the activities calendar. So many of the staff have gone out of their way to help Mom feel valued and loved… and we thank everyone there for all of the TLC!
