My friend referred me to this place to get my HHA certification, and it was one of the best decisions I ever made! The staff is so kind and welcoming, and I didn’t have to wait long at all.<br><br>A special thank you to Mrs. Terry Labuda. She is the sweetest and most helpful woman. She truly cares about everyone and makes the whole experience so much easier. Thank you, Mrs. Terry, for everything you do. Please keep doing what you’re doing because you’re absolutely amazing!

If i was allowed I would give 0 stars. The absolute worst agency ever. My life is worse since they started working for me. The 1st week I got no hours. I told them I was a smoker and I have dogs. The 1st day I was supposed to have someone no one showed up or called. The next day they sent someone who couldn't be around smoke, she lasted all of 2 minutes and the company bullied her into coming to begin with. The next day was no one showed up or called, the next day they sent someone who wouldn't come in my house because I have dogs, the next day was a no one showed up or called. The next week they finally sent someone decent. Since then there have been cancellations, multiple of times. Strangers give me anxiety, yesterday they told me my aide had an emergency and did I want a replacement, i said no, I made sure it was done in text and today a stranger showed up at my house after I put it in writing I didn't want a replacement. I called and complained and the guy who answered the phone when I complained hung up on me. I had it on speaker so the replacement aide heard him hang up on me without saying bye or anything. I wouldn't let this agency watch my dogs.
