I recently had the pleasure of helping a social worker coordinate delivery of equipment with the patient's discharge. Danielle was great at making sure everyone was on the same page and that the patient was being taken care of:). I would recommend!

I recently had the opportunity to experience this skilled nursing facility, and I can confidently say it stands out in all the right ways. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere feels warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring—something that makes a huge difference for both residents and their families. The staff here are truly exceptional. Every nurse, aide, and support team member I encountered was not only professional but also compassionate and attentive. They take the time to listen, respond quickly to needs, and treat residents with dignity and respect, which is incredibly reassuring. The administration deserves just as much praise. They are organized, approachable, and clearly committed to maintaining high standards of care. Communication is consistent and transparent, and you can tell they genuinely care about the well-being of everyone in the facility. Overall, this is a place where residents are well cared for and families can feel at ease. The combination of a positive atmosphere, dedicated staff, and strong leadership makes this facility an excellent choice for skilled nursing care.

Living in a nursing home for 3 months was difficult, but necessary in order to get therapy 5-6 days a week. The nursing home staff did a great job. Therapy department was awesome. Shout out to Franchesco who had me stand for the first time. Then to Jordan (OT) with her calming personality had me using a slide board for transfers giving me a new freedom. Then came Elaine who scared me at first but helped me reach my goal to take steps and to pivot onto and off a toilet. Thank

Our experience with this nursing home and rehabilitation was above satisfactory. Courtney in administration and Sue in reception are awesome women, The nursing staff in particular Missy and the great gentleman Don who worked more as a caregiver helped my mother so much, including the communication to me, my brother and my father hence we were very appreciative. Sometimes skilled nursing homes and rehabilitation get a bad rapport because of understaffing. All the nurses and the administration treated my mother with respect even when they didn’t realize we were on FaceTime with my mothers cell phone and had no clue we heard and seen how well and respectful they treated her. Because of dementia many times she would just look at her phone so it’s my suspicion many of times the staff thought that’s what mom was doing. Me, my brother and father visited my mother up to 5 times every week and brought her coffee, Reese’s peanut butter cups and tootsie pops. The only issue I have is after my mother had fallen while in Aviatas facility and broke her pelvic bone and arm, the night nursing staff somehow let it happen two more times. I know dementia patients have sundowners but after the first time where the bed was all the way up and no pads on the floor she was able to slide past the bed rails which don’t even go half way down the bed. The last two times in the middle of the night she fell out of the bed they had the bed lowered close to the ground and the staff put padding down. The only issue I felt a nurse was unprofessional was the first time my mom fell out of bed and broke her pelvis and arm and my father called and was rightfully upset, the station nurse instead of consoling him and telling him they will do everything in their power for that to never happen again, she told him every patient has a right to fall which made my father even more upset because it made him feel as if they did not care about the well being of my mother. Out of all the places we looked into I feel this is the safest place for your loved one, unless you’re extremely rich and can afford around the clock care or have the best insurance coverage and are rich enough to put your loved one in a facility with a better nurse to patients ratio. In the end we feel as a family Aviata was above satisfactory.

I enjoy people here, sometimes they ask me if I want to leave and I say no. I’ve made a lot of friends Megan, Nathan, and Jadyn, they help out a lot. Megan is a great woman, I left my card at the bank and she went through hell to get it back for me. The people here are very hard working and kind, I mean they really work their butts off. The nurses are caring and do their jobs to the best of their ability and beyond. I lost my house and I found a new home here. Since I’ve been I’ve found a place that has changed my heart, the restorative team is amazing and keeps me motivated to work with them. I’m very happy here and on days I’m not feeling the best I’ve got people like Haley, Caitlyn, Rachel, Franz, and many more that actually care to check on me. I mean everything I say, the people here at Aviata at Spring Hill are truly amazing and know how to make someone feel at home.
