My father has been living there since they first opened. What a wonderful, caring, well run facility. Dad has had multiple hospitalizations for gallbladder issues, which was finally solved by surgery. The staff fought with the horrible rehab facility he was sent to post surgery and we successfully got him home today. He had not been bathed or saved in two weeks. He came home to a hero’s welcome and the staff immediately showered, shaved, and ensured his wounds were healing. Can’t say enough about his care.

I want to recognize the service, kindness and professionalism of an Oak Hill Rehabilitation nurse. A few weeks ago I was visiting a friend who was recovering and there in the room was this Angel because we can't give him another name. His love, his respect and peace with which he treated and spoke to my friend was incredible. There should be many more nurses like that. Carmen Roman is a different nurse, she carries love in her heart and so she showed it in every care and attention to my friend Juan. Oak Hill Reh has a treasure as a nurse. The facilities are beautiful and an excellent service from the CNAs. You can see that there is a good boss in charge of the floor. For me, I left satisfied!

For the first time I visited these beautiful facilities, since I entered it was a good experience and attentions. They helped me get to my mother-in-law's friend's room. Once in the room I observed every attention that the patient received, all very friendly and attentive. Nurse Carmen Román arrived and was very professional and friendly to administer the patient's medications and IV. With what sweetness she managed to administer the medicines and I observed every detail of her because I noticed that she is different she has that gift and charisma of a nurse who is already born being one. I congratulate the administration for having such an excellent nurse, so attentive and professional. May God bless you.

My dad Gilberto Cruz-Cotto was here for 22 days during the Hurricane Milton two years ago. I was allowed to stay day and night to care for him which i was happy to do because this allowed me to be with my dad and help the wonderful nurses and CNAs have one less patient to worry about.
The nursing staff at this facility were all beyond awesome. I dealt with many staffs and nurses during those 22 days but i want to name three but will give each one their own review.
Carmen Román was awesome, being bilingual was a plus cause dad understood her and though he was hard of hearing she was very patient to his needs. She was gentle and took care when she changed his bandages on his legs and his medications were always on time. Carmen was very professional and beautifull always. Unfortunately dad passed away on March 16th 2026 but before going to the hospice hospital he was going to try Oakhill Senior living first. RIP dad. This place was always clean and the meals dad enjoyed, PT was ok but dad just wanted to rest lol. Thank you Carmen you have made a big difference in our lives.
Love the Cruz-Cotto family
