We had a family member in Vitalia Strongsville for about 5 months. The same person was also in 3 other care facilities in the area. Vitalia was night-and-day better than the others. Their aides and medical staff were responsive and kind, their administration responsive and helpful. They are clear about documenting costs, both medical and living space, ahead of time so there are no surprises. The food they offer is good, and guests can dine with residents for a small fee. The facility is modern and well cared for. If your loved one cannot be at home, Vitalia is the next best thing.

I think it is an overall great experience! But a few cons like it kinda of smells like pee inside but other then that is amazing

My father loved being an independent resident at vitalia strongsville. He made lots of friends and became active and social again. One of his favorite activities was chair volleyball. He also enjoyed happy hours, bingo, movies, special dinners, field trips, veteran's meetings and events, Rosary, Crafts etc. Jill is a wonderful activities coordinator abd always had fun things planned for them. Thank you Vitalia for all you did to make his time there so wonderful !!
