I can’t say enough good things about Home Instead. They are enabling my mom to stay in independent living and out of assisted living ( over my dead body, she says). We previously just had a house cleaner and now her apartment looks better than it ever has. Jasmine and Nicole have done a wonderful job of caring for mom and we are so grateful. Everyone we have worked with, Essence, Krissy and Katherine have all been so helpful and friendly. Honestly, this has been a godsend. Well done, ladies!

This is the second time I have used Home Instead. The first time was in 2022, and 2 years ago I requested assistance and was assigned Lisa who is still a caregiver to me three days/week, four hours each day. I certainly look forward to the time that Lisa arrives as our personalities clicked from day one in May 2024. She does my laundry, changes sheets on bed, does grocery shopping in addition to running other errands, makes my lunch, and prepares meals that I just need to warm up in the microwave. I use a rollator and she loads it in my car for doctor visits and/or tests. She knows ALL the little necessities I need and makes sure a supply is always available. I am a happy 82 year old female with dedicated service and support from Lisa.

We were very cautious looking for a caregiver for Mom. We gave home Instead a call and Marny immediately reached out. Mom has since formed a wonderful relationship with her caregiver Carla. And we get great customer service from their front office. If you're on the fence like we were give them a call anyways. They are very friendly and there is no pressure.

Susan is a wonderful caregiver she helps my mom out 2 days a week. Gives us peace of mind and we appreciate all she does. Krissy is also a wonderful case manager!!
