Yesterday Michelle came for her first full day to care for my wife Alice. I was impressed with her professionalism, caring attitude and grasp of the one day training she had earlier in the week. Although she is a recent hire she will fit in well with my wife and I look forward to having her on our schedule in the future.

.... where you are praised only when saying "YES" TO WHATEVER THEY WANT... i am trying to fix something important and suddenly im the bad one. I HAD A PROBLEM WITH MY W2 FORMS TODAY...called and explained and was asked to call back.. and THE NASTY CAME OUT OF SHIRL, I REALLY LIKED HER, really the only one i thought was kind. MY CONCERN WAS MY SS# POSSIBLY BEING LEAKED... AS ANYONE WOULD BE CONCERNED, SHIRL JUST WANTED ME TO SHUT UP AND "STOP TALKING OVER HER" WHEN I WAS NOT EVEN DOING THAT.... I WAS CALM. WAS ALSO CONCERNED ABOUT THE OTHER PERSONS SS# THAT THEY SEND TO ME.... (SHE SAID SHE WOULD TAKE CARE OF IT.)... *LEAKED SS #

The experience I had with visiting angels caregivers.We're such an important part for my love one's care. I have to give great appreciation to Ashley. As she went above and beyond when we were dealing with difficult situations and always stepped up to the plate to help us with difficult or kept on top to manage the care of my loved one with a lot of compassion empathy and complete commitment. We were grateful for all caregiver and dedication of the services, as there was times that we had to make adjustments. We would highly recommend this agency and would use again if additional needs to be met. Thank you Visiting Angels, absolute blessings 🙌!
