The Physical Therapy department is great! They recognize how patients are progressing or in my case not improving but declining. They recommend that I be sent back to Methodist Hospital where it was discovered/I had compressed fracture of L1. Thanks to their professional observation I had the appropriate treatment needed. The other staff members ie Nursing assistants were slow in responding to call light (45-60 minutes) and some very surly in questioning why you had it on. I would not send my enemy there!

ALL THESE BAD REVIEWS ARE 💯 TRUE. ADMINISTRATION OFFICE STAFF DO NOT CARE. THEY HAVE NOT ADDRESSED ANYTHING. STARTING WITH GETTING IN THE FRONT DOOR. ONE EVENING MYSELF AND 4 OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS WERE WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO ANSWER THE FRONT DOOR TO LET US IN. TOOK THEM 20 MINUTES. AS I WAS WALKING DOWN THE HALL TO THE ELEVATOR, I SEE A LADY COMING OUT FROM THE ADMIN OFFICE. WHILE SHE'S HIDING IN HER OFFICE, WE'RE SWEATING AND WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO LET US IN. NOT ALL STAFF BUT 90 PERCENT OF THE WORKERS ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND DON'T LIKE TO BE BOTHERED. THEY HAVE ADDITUDE AND NEVER SEEM TO KNOW ANYTHING, SO OUR QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS ARE NOT ANSWERED. CALL LIGHTS ARE NEVER ANSWERED WITHIN A REASONABLE TIME. WE WAITED OVER 30 MINUTES UNTIL SOMEONE CAME AND AN ADDITIONAL 25 MINUTES UNTIL NURSE CAME IN. IT'S GHOST TOWN. I WAS UNDER THE IMPRESSION THAT A REHAB CENTER IS SUPPOSED TO BE ON TOP OF PATIENT CARE. NOT THIS PLACE. YOU'RE ON YOUR OWN. SAD.

The staff, nurses are very nice, friendly and in a good mood

This place fed me well . Food was very good. The physical therapists Carlos and Richard worked me good so I could come home and cope with my everyday physical activities. All of the staff nurses and others were always very caring. Even one of the young cleaning ladies were friendly and attended to my needs.
